Personally, I'd create a Summation case file and a MS Access database.
You can create a companion connection to the MS Access database, yet
still have the flexibility of the Access queries and reports.

Just when you think you've heard (and solved) it all, something new
comes along. I need some feedback from the Landlord side of
Landlord/Tenant lit support.

I've had a request to come up with a solution for tracking the following
information:
1) Litigation documents, images, pleadings, etc as well as the
following:
2) Tenant Name, Community
3) Move out cost estimates for:
a.. painting=20
b.. cleaning=20
c.. carpet/shampoo=20
d.. other/damage repair=20
e.. rent/other charges
4) Actual Change/Cost
5) refunds
6) Loss
7) Comments

As you can see, other than the tenant name, community, comments, a
majority of the information is numerical.

We will need to be able to run queries i.e. all painting charges by
date/community/tenant; percentage of refunds by year/community/; we will
want to create tables, charts, perhaps graphs. We will want to merge
results/tables by building/community.

Taking their lack of computer savvy, my "best guess" at this time is a
combination of Summation and Access, but they'd prefer an "all in one"
solution. Has anyone else had to deal with a similar situation?
