As of this moment, the Melissa topic is officially DEAD. Let's drop it and move on. We are in touch with Melissa, she has expressed her apology by way of explanation, we are confident that the problem was not the result of mere neglect or carelessness, we have taken the appropriate actions and there is nothing else to be done. Slamming people on-line edifies none of us and isn't the least bit helpful. If any of you are looking for personal apologies, you won't be getting them.

And despite what any of you went through, I can guarantee that you didn't spend three hours personally deleting each individual responder message from the list archives, so I don't want to hear any more belly aching. So says the man behind the curtain.
