JoAnne,

Based on the other blatant product plugs from a number of other companies
monitoring the onelist I feel compelled to add one of our own. realLegal
(formerly PubNETics) e-transcript binder possess an integration with CaseMap
that will automatically link the associated transcript information from
inside CaseMap into the proper e-transcript binder project. We are
currently working with CaseMap to develop a tighter integration with their
product based on our 32-bit architecture.

If you would like more information or references that you can speak with
using our two products together please contact me offline.

T.J. Gill

Based upon my research, and discussions at the ABA Techshow in Chicago last
month, I understand Trion Technologies can implement their latest release of
Judicata either as a web-hosted repository on their site or you can purchase
judicata and run it in your environment. It is a browser-based thin client
that will run on either an Oracle or SQL Server back-end. I believe Trion
can be contacted at 1-703-812-1555.

Is anyone selling a web-browser-based litigation support application that

If I could take the server-side databases and programming from

There are countless reasons for an in-house thin client solution, but I

I have developed web-interfaces for databases and imaging using COM, ODBC,

Our firm is using CaseMap and have been very impressed with the product.
CaseMap is a great tool for organizing your facts and case information. One
of the key benefits of the product is the ability to quickly create a case
and begin entering key information (facts, issues, etc.). Also, another key
feature is the ability to synchronize case information that has been entered
offsite. Our firm will use CaseMap in conjunction with other Litigation
Support products.

Good luck.

Subject: Browser-Based Lit Support-iCONECT

Darren:

You should check out iCONECT, the web interface for the Concordance database
program.

Iconect provides web browser access (internet or intranet) to your documents
while it allows you to maintain control of your databases and images without
exporting, or moving information.
It empowers the Lit Support/IS department as the repository by providing a
web browser interface to the Concordance databases residing on the firms'
LAN. Therefore, the home office, branch office, client, or co-counsel all
have full access.
Iconect also contains full Concordance functionality including searching by
date, full text or specific fields; sort, browse or table view; tag, create
tags, create query from tags; create reports, query zero, image launching,
printing, and editing. It will also launch TIF, GIF, and PDF images, print
copies of those
documents, and print reports from anywhere in the world. Data integrity is
ensured with AuthentiX authenticated security and SSL (optional) on the
Iconect server, as well as Concordance security at the database level and
the firm's server security system. Also...you can use the Concordance Import
Wizard to import from virtually any existing database program.

Iconect, costs approximately $495 per seat, not by the document, so firms
have full administrative control accessing an unlimited number of databases
and images used in and for multiple cases. Training issues are also
minimized since the Iconect interface looks and behaves just like
Concordance.

You can see Iconect on-line at www.iconect.net

You can send a sample database to iconect and have them post it on their
demo site for your attorneys and clients to play with (with full security of
course).

Iconect was premiered on the cover of Law Technology News www.ltpn.com in
their April issue of President's Corner.

I understand that you are interested in implementing a web based litigation
support system for your firm's Intranet and would like to be able to use the
technology on all the matters that come in. LextraNet can be available for
implementation in that context. It has been our experience to date,
however, that most law firms do not have the technical infrastructure and
experience to host a web based system as an extranet; an intranet-based
system would be another matter.
