We are a fast-paced, high growth litigation solutions firm who is looking to add an experienced Project Manager (Technical) to our eDiscovery team in San Diego. Esquire, an Alexander Gallo Holdings Company, offers a service area for each stage of litigation - staffed with specialists dedicated to their field. We have the experience and depth to deliver any support service you may need and your dedicated Esquire project manager ensures that your support is seamless from beginning to end.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing all support for the case and projects, including monitoring work flow, progress reporting, identifying and assigning staff, budget development and tracking, coordinating technical/data processing support, and obtaining other required resources. Performs an active quality assurance role to ensure high quality work delivered on time. The Project Manager is also responsible for assisting sales personnel with the growth of the business, including presentations, proposal preparation, and interface with attorneys, paralegals, and internal project personnel to recommend, design, implement, monitor, analyze, and manage customer support needs in regards to case specific litigation support projects.

Successful candidates will have the following education and experience:

• Emphasis on Technology including database backend and software support.
• Experience leading technical projects in EDD or a related field such as Knowledge Management, data migration, database or ERP implementations.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational skills including experience managing concurrent projects, tight timelines and coordinating with cross-functional personnel.
• Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service under demanding circumstances.
• Ability to contribute to technical decision making and planning efforts related to custom coding and network resource planning for client projects.
• Be adept at giving presentations and explaining technical issues to
technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of internet technologies, application development or networking technologies; experience providing ASP-based solutions desirable.
• Knowledge of law firm environment and electronic discovery.
• Ability to run litigation support industry related software.
• Formal Project Management training or certification desirable.
• Possess a minimum 2-4 years of litigation technical support
experience with document imaging, coding, electronic discovery, OCR,
and internet repository services.
• Have knowledge of the litigation and discovery processes.
• Travel may be required to attend client meetings and presentations.
• 40 - 50 hours per week or as required by work load. Hours may vary due to business levels. (8 hours per day) Weekend work will be required.
