Sr. Litigation Support Specialist
Perform all duties necessary to ensure quality of electronic discovery processing, loading data, manipulating data, document scanning and document coding. Managing, executing and monitoring legal holds and e-discovery productions in support of litigation; evaluating technology tools to support record retention, e-discovery and legal holds. Complying with federal and state regulatory requirements pertaining to records retention, privacy and security; planning, promoting and controlling Company records strategy through periodic audits, oversight of records transfers, and creation and/or updating of retention schedules for business units; managing the Company's vital records program, including identification of critical business unit records for potential business continuity/disaster recovery efforts; communicating records management policies and procedures to all business units to ensure compliance with program and limit risk issues
