My client is an AMLAW 100 firm seeking a Senior Discovery Services
Specialist for their NY office.
Available hours for this position are: 1 pm - 9 pm shift. Either
Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday.
This candidate will:
-Support all aspects of practice-specific information technology.

-Be responsible for supporting cases and projects and implementing Firm
best practices relating to case management, document management,
electronic discovery, and matter work flow.

-Mentor, train, and supervise more junior members of the department.
-Communicate with case team members on electronic discovery project
details
-Process electronic discovery data
-Coordinate scanning of paper discovery
-Import and export data
-Update the appropriate project management and time entry databases and
ensure that department staff do the same on a timely basis

Must have:

-Bachelor's degree required
-At least one year of litigation or practice support experience
- Thorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process
- Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Able to communicate effectively with firm personnel and clients on all
levels
-Thorough knowledge of and familiarity with hardware and standard
litigation support software
