No, there isn't a CLI version of IConvert+, which is why I discourage its use in our organization. Instead, we use trivial KornShell/AWK and Perl scripts that can transform hundreds of Opticon LOG files to IPRO LFP file and vice versa in seconds. It doesn't matter if the many files are in multiple subfolders as both KornShell and Perl support BSD-style file name generation, or "globbing." (This is just a fancy way of saying they allow you to use wildcards in folder names as well as in file names, something most other Microsoft Windows applications cannot do.)

Thank you, Jim Monty.

Jim or Paul,

Can you provide some instruction on this? I'll gladly try new things --
but I need a little help when I know nothing about it. In addition to
pushing OSS, give a helpful answer on how it would be done. As a person
with no familiarity of trivial KornShell, it would take me hours/days or
longer to learn and develop such a script. At that point, I could use
the GUI interface hundreds of times and be done with the work at hand.

Follow-up question: In addition, is extra equipment required to be
purchased -- or will it work within the firm's existing hardware
structure (HP computers with Windows XP installed).
