Caselawg Litigation Support Software

LegalScience ( www.caselawg.com) has released a scalable version of
its in house litigation support software, Caselawg 2.0. Initially
was developed for the company to use internally to manage outsourced
litigation support projects for law firms and corporate legal
departments to provide quantifiable results to attorneys while
gauging the effectiveness of the discovery process, demand for the
tool has led to its release almost 12 months ahead of initial
estimates.

Caselawg captures project notes, tasks, issues, inventory, client
documents, and procedural items in one central repository. It
presents all critical information in a graphical user interface for
effective project management and analysis. Caselawg is designed to
take advantage of advanced database design and has complete
integration with all Microsoft Office Applications which allows ease
of use and enables streamlined implementation.

LegalScience has a firm belief that matters involving digital
documents and databases must be managed as projects. Caselawg was
designed around the company’s unique methodology emphasizing the
philosophy that project results should be measurable, predictable,
and repeatable every time. Caselawg offers Earned Value Analysis
reporting and daily status reports for complete accountability. The
tool is geared for litigation support professionals, project
managers, analysts, and supervising attorneys.

CEO, Harrison Flakker, an attorney and technologist developed the
tool based on his 15 years of experience as a labor employment trial
attorney and later as technology consultant responsible for
implementing technology solutions for law firms. “Unlike other
software applications, Caselawg is agile and customizable to fit your
unique requirements and can be utilized to build off your existing
process environment”.
