Clearwell Systems, Inc. is launching a professional services group to
help service our client's needs and increase revenue opportunities for
our e-Discovery service provider clients. We've had overwhelming
response from our Fortune 500 clients to build out a professional
services group that will help Clearwell's tier-1 enterprise and
service provider accounts manage their legal e-discovery process with
Clearwell.

Our service engagements to date have produced incredible results,
which we intend to offer through Clearwell's professional services
organization and through Clearwell's certified e-Discovery service
provider partners. Toward this end, we are looking to scale out this
group. Attached is one of the job descriptions - Senior Consultant,
Clearwell Professional Services. The consultant can be located

Clearwell Solution:

The Clearwell Intelligence Platform is used by today's leading

Job Description:
Title: Senior Consultant
Department: Clearwell Professional Services Division
Reports to: VP, Business Development & Professional Services
Location: Santa Clara, CA (Clearwell HQ)

Position Description
Drive and execute Clearwell's Case Management (CM) services. CM
services increase the efficiency and productivity of Clearwell's
clients by applying unique query, analysis, cull-down, and review
strategies over large data sets for significant legal matters.
Leveraging the Clearwell Intelligence Platform(tm), CM services make
up a set of best-practices legal analysis, cull-down and review
methods that have proven to deliver significant cost savings for
every legal matter, while simultaneously giving Clearwell clients a
whole new approach to rapidly discovering, organizing and analyzing
the most critical content for each case.

Requirements
Litigation Support Skills
3+ years experience in litigation support at large law firm, e-
Discovery
3+ service provider or large enterprise corporation
Intimate level of knowledge and hands-on experience with legal review
tools Experience leading legal review teams and large legal review
projects from beginning-to-end in significant legal matters Data
Collection & Set Up Skills
3+ years experience setting up and indexing case data
Experience dealing with various types of custodian data files (e.g.
zip, doc, pdf, pst, msg, nsf, ppt, lef, xls, gif, jpg) and their
unique meta data properties (header info, md5, etc.) The Clearwell
Intelligence
Platform supports 400+ data types Communication Skills Strong
leadership, oral presentation, written communication, and case project
management skills.

Experience & Education
Bachelors degree. Masters or JD a plus.
Frequent travel will be required
Incredibly detail oriented
Results-driven with a proven track record of success.

Solid team player with positive attitude and record of consistent
follow through on commitments.
