Posting on behalf of a co-worker. Replies will be greatly
appreciated!
"I have Adobe PDF files that have are tables of names and addresses.
I am trying to import them into Excel in order to make a mailing list
that can be used with a mass mailing notice done in Word. I captured
the PDF files to rich text format and am easily able to right click
on the text and "open table in spreadsheet" thereby importing my info
to Excel. Here's the problem, I can't seem to do more than one page
at a time and each import opens a new Excel sheet. I have hundreds
and hundreds of pages to do. Even though I Ctl A and highlight the
whole pdf file, when I "open table in spreadsheet" only one page
imports at a time."
Anyone know of a more efficient way of doing this? Thanks for all
feedback.

In Acrobat, check under View-Page Layout and make sure it is set to
Continuous. If it is set to Single Page, CTRL-A will only highlight the
current page, rather than the whole document.
