Posting on behalf of a co-worker. Replies will be greatly appreciated!
I have Adobe PDF files that have are tables of names and addresses. I am trying to import them into Excel in order to make a mailing list that can be used with a mass mailing notice done in Word. I captured the PDF files to rich text format and am easily able to right click on the text and "open table in spreadsheet" thereby importing my info to Excel. Here's the problem, I can't seem to do more than one page at a time and each import opens a new Excel sheet. I have hundreds and hundreds of pages to do. Even though I Ctl A and highlight the whole pdf file, when I "open table in spreadsheet" only one page imports at a time.
Anyone know of a more efficient way of doing this? Thanks for all feedback.

I would put the pdf text into a delimited text file
and then input that (Data / Import External Data /
Import data) into Excel.
If your data is an address list, choose something
other than a comma to delimit your fields since you
probably have commas in many addresses.
Excel won't accept more than 65K (in round figures)
lines in a spreadsheet, so if your address list is
REALLY long, you may need a couple of spreadsheets.

In the PDF, using standard of whatever version you are on, click the select text tool. Then highlight from the first cell to the last cell, copy and paste into A1 of a new excel sheet. It is all trial and error with this kind of spreadsheet recovery.
