We are looking for a trial support manager to join our growing
headquarters in Jack London Square.

Responsibilities Include:
• Managing all systems and presentation aspects of complex,
high-profile trials and litigation-related hearings, including
graphic databases, on-site video editing and document imaging.
• Consulting with clients and internal teams to design,
preparing and implementing the delivery systems and technology
aspects of client litigation needs.
• Managing technical aspects and equipment needed for
successful presentations.
• Working with court personnel to arrange setup.
• Determining and coordinating data format and troubleshooting
unforeseen situations to resolve issues.
• Keeping internal clients apprised of project status and
ensuring client satisfaction.

We Are Looking for Someone With:
• A Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of skills
and experience.
• 5-7 years' experience managing systems and technical aspects
of litigation-related trials and hearings, as well as previous
experience managing support staff.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in constantly changing settings and to work
extended hours when necessary.
• Knowledge of best practices in litigation support, including
experience setting equipment rate structures and equipment inventory.
• Strong technical skills including thorough knowledge of PCs,
computer networks, and audiovisual equipment.
• Strong knowledge of trial related presentation systems
including, but not limited to, Trial Director, Sanction, etc.
• Hands on experience with standard image formats and major
database and image base applications used by law firms.
