Although the WSJ article below addresses the health care industry, it
very clearly parallels an identical situation which is alive and well
in the Litigation Support Industry, among many vendors, consultants
and litigation support managers.

I thought the article discusses the subject very diplomatically.
Whether you approve or disapprove of the practice or whether you
benefit from it financially or not is your own moral issue.

Unfortunately the choice of vendors many times has very little, if
anything, to do with their actual capabilities or actual expertise or
how their results benefit the ultimate end-user.

Choose wisely.

That link only works for those who subscribe to the WSJ.
